Top 20 'Bachelor' Moments: Ben and Olivia's Beach Breakup
The producers of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have truly perfected the art of telegenic cruelty, and never is this more obvious than on the dreaded two-on-one date. For the uninitiated, the two-on-one date is the show’s version of a gladiator battle — two women or men enter, only one leaves. The other one, while not technically dead, may wish she were — as the loser is usually left to stand alone in a remote location, like a desert or a glacier, while the Bachelor/Bachelorette and his/her chosen one ride off into the distance happily.

Such is the case with No. 6 in ABC’s countdown of the best Bachelor moments. Olivia, who truly thought she was going to wind up Mrs. Ben Higgins, ends up getting the boot on a tiny island in the Bahamas. And for all we know, she’s still there. Perhaps someone should send a search party?
