Top 20 'Bachelor' Moments: Look at Ashley's Freakin' Onion!
The Bachelor franchise has introduced us to a lot of interesting personalities, but no so beautifully bizarre as Ashley S. from Season 20. The blonde hairstylist from New York brought lots of delightful daffiness to Chris Soules’s “journey” to find “love” — three words: the Mesa Verde — but our introduction to Ashley S.’s brand of crazy came in the season premiere. She became obsessed with a plant growing next to The Bachelor mansion, and — as you’ll see in the video above, No. 11 in ABC’s countdown of the top 20 Bachelor moments of all time — Ashley really, really wants the cameraman to “take a freaking look at the onion.” (Actually, it was a pomegranate, but why quibble?)
