When does Georgia's early voting start for primary election?

Monday, April 29 marks the first day of early voting for Georgia’s state primary, meaning the 2024 election cycle is now in full swing.

The Georgia general election, which includes statewide, local and nonpartisan seats, will be held on May 21.

The Peach State’s polling places are open on weekdays and the second and third Saturdays before the primary election. Sunday voting is also available at specific polling locations. Ballot drop boxes will also be available at certain voting locations during business hours.
