Teacher of the Week: Emilie McMullan
SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Emilie McMullan, who teaches third, fourth and fifth at Reagan Elementary, is The Concho Valley Homepage Teacher of the Week for Friday, April 26.
McMullan is a long-term substitute teacher for special education and is described as a hard-working and creative teacher who shows love and compassion to each child she works with.
“Be patient and always be nice and kind ’cause it does go a long way, even if they are in a bad mood. Just to be nice,” she said.
McMullan has spent her own personal funds to provide her students with materials to ensure every child receives a proper education.
McMullan also gave a shout-out to the entire Reagan Elementary staff for the welcome they gave her.
