Rumer Willis is tugging on our heartstrings with her heartfelt tribute to Bruce Willis on his 69th birthday.

The beloved actor's eldest daughter took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 19, with a series of childhood photos, ranging from her infancy to a more recent snap of her sweetly tucking her head into her dad's neck as he pointed something out in the distance on a very sunny day.

"Oh Daddio, to be loved by you is such a gift," she wrote in the caption. "You are the funniest, most tender, charming, out of this world silly talented and magical papa. Looking through these photos this morning I am just filled with the deepest gratitude that we chose to spend this life together."

Rumer also posted several photos and videos on her Instagram Story, including a clip of Bruce dancing happily in the house with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, a sweet snap with his first granddaughter Louetta, and a playful selfie-style video of him joking around with a Snapchat filter.

"This is beautiful Rumer. Love you both so much ❤," her stepmother, Emma Heming Willis, wrote in response.

Heming Willis also shared a poignant message to the father of five, alongside a photo of him holding one of their two young daughters together as a baby.

"Just like you, we simply adore him," she began the message, addressing his fans. "What you might not know, but maybe you could imagine, that being wrapped in his arms is the safest place in this whole wide world. He’s a true gentle-man. With so much love to give and share. That’s what I get to see, his true core. I can tell you, it’s so pure and ever so good. Happy Birthday my love. You are the gift that keeps giving 💞."

"I love you so much. I love him so much! Our Pisces king!" his youngest daughter with Moore, Tallulah, wrote.

She also reposted her sisters' tributes and wished "hbd to King Trident" in her Instagram Stories with a snapshot of her father smiling in front of a photo album full of his magazine covers.

Sister Scout wrapped up the touching tributes with another series of throwback photos featuring the Die Hard alum, sharing her love for her father, of course, before sweetly addressing his fans: "I want to say thank you for loving my papa, thank you for sharing your stories of what he means to you, it’s such a gift to feel your love. Happy happy birthday to the GOAT."

The actor's family has been so openhearted when it comes to continuing to share him with the world and keep fans updated ever since he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, most recently seen in a sweet selfie with his wife at Niagara Falls as well as reuniting with Moore to celebrate Tallulah's 30th birthday.
