Tallulah Willis is opening up about a new health diagnosis, which she's called "life-changing."

Tallulah, who is the youngest daughter of former celebrity couple Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, spoke candidly about recently being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (or ASD) as an adult in a post uploaded to her Instagram page.

The 30-year-old shared a video from her childhood, which showed her and her father on the red carpet. In it, Bruce expertly answered questions from nearby interviewers while holding Tallulah, who was also busy, relentlessly petting her dad's head.

"Tell me your autistic without telling me your autistic 😂," she captioned the throwback clip.

Her sister Scout later referenced the repetitive behaviors in the comments, adding, "She’s stimming."

While the video, its caption and the family's reception certainly sounds like an admission, one of Tallulah's followers politely asked for confirmation and clarity about her ongoing health journey, as the actress previously opened up about her battle with an eating disorder as well as being diagnosed with ADHD and borderline personality disorder in a piece written for Vogue.

"If you’re open to sharing, did you get diagnosed as a child? I’m a psychologist (specializing in EDs and DBT) and we catch undiagnosed ASD in girls and women quite often (they have unique presentations and often turn to other ways of coping to manage the dysregulation)," the fan wrote. "Not sure how much of your journey you’ve shared but would love to read more. You’re brave and inspiring and this is a very sweet video. All the best!"

To which Tallulah replied, "actually this is the first time I’ve ever publicly shared my diagnosis. Found out this summer and it’s changed my life. ☀️."

Along with being a champion for mental health, Tallulah has made a valiant effort to raise awareness about her father's ongoing battle with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.
