Matthew Perry's autopsy report has been released, and the official document includes further details on the actor's cause of death.

It was first reported that the Friends star passed away on Oct. 28, at the age of 54, after being found unresponsive in the hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home. His death, at the time, was suspected to have been caused from an apparent drowning, as no foul play was noted.

Perry's official cause of death was released by the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner on Friday, Dec. 15, revealing that the 17 Again actor passed away from "the acute effects of ketamine."

"Contributing factors in Mr. Perry’s death include drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine (used to treat opioid use disorder)," the update continued.

Following the DME's thorough investigation into the passing, the manner of death has been ruled an "accident."
