Brown Bear Attempting To Climb a Waterfall Doesn’t Quite Go as Planned
We all have days where nothing goes our way, and it seems like it may apply to animals, too. @explore.org shared a funny video on Tuesday, October 31st of a brown bear trying to climb up a waterfall, but it doesn't go the way he thought it would.
The video is set to the song Eye of the Tiger which is perfect for what's going on. The brown bear has his winter body all ready for hibernation, so he's carrying around a few extra pounds. Maybe that's why he can't seem to make it up the waterfall!
A lot of times I watch TikToks without the sound on, and this video wouldn't have been nearly as good without the song so I'm glad I heard it. The brown bear looks like he's trying his hardest to make it up the waterfall, but he just can't seem to accomplish the mission. The best part is at the end when he just gives up...you can almost see him throwing his hands up and saying it! I'm sure all that extra weight he's carrying around makes everything more difficult.

@explore.org's cameras capture some really funny bear scenes year-round in Alaska, and commenters got a kick out of the chubby bear. @K shared, "So, turns out, I’ve been killing it every year! Who knew?! Going into winter like a champ, all warm and cozy." @Zamora gets it too, "I feel seen LOL! Putting on the lbs. in solidarity."
@LBrookieF spoke for all of us when she said, "I sorta wish I could just go to sleep for months and wake up skinnier like these bears..."! Me too! Eating whatever you want for months straight, going to sleep, and waking up skinny sounds like a dream!
