2017 Subaru WRX and WRX STI preview

Subaru’s Impreza has been completely redesigned for the 2017 model year but new versions of the WRX and WRX STI are still some years off.

That means the current performance duo, introduced for 2015, will remain on sale for the time being, albeit with some updates to keep them fresh.

Among the updates, either standard or available, are a tricot-pattern headliner, automatic headlights, electronic driver aids, a 9-speaker Harman Kardon sound system and Subaru’s StarLink infotainment system. The WRX STI offers buyers a few extra options such as leather trim, an 8-way power driver’s seat and power moonroof.
