Woman dead, 2 injured in south Las Vegas valley crash

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A woman is dead after an early morning crash in the south Las Vegas valley, according to Nevada State Police.

On Sunday around 4 a.m., NSP responded to a report of a crash in the area of 215 and Jones Boulevard. Police said the crash involved two vehicles and three people were taken to a local hospital.

One woman was pronounced dead at the hospital and the other two people sustained minor and non-life-threatening injuries.

The 215 eastbound was closed at Rainbow Boulevard as well as the Rainbow on-ramp.
