Twenty One Pilots to perform at the Golden 1 Center

(FOX40.COM) — Grammy-award-winning music duo Twenty One Pilots announced a new tour and will be making their way to Sacramento this summer.

The duo is bringing “The Clancy World Tour” to the Golden 1 Center on Aug. 25.

According to a press release, the upcoming tour is considered the duo’s “biggest headline tour ever,” which begins Aug. 15 in Denver.

Twenty One Pilots are also performing at the Oakland Arena (Aug. 24) and two shows at the Intuit Dome (Aug. 27-28) in Inglewood.

Tickets for the Sacramento concert will be available online on April 5 at 10 a.m. Fans can get early access to tickets with the official artist presale on April 2.

The duo, consisting of vocalist Tyler Joseph and drummer Josh Dun, released the song “Next Semester” alongside the tour announcement.

In February, Twenty One Pilots released the song “Overcompensate,” — the lead single of their upcoming album “Clancy.” The album is set to be released on May 17.
