Teen shot, walks to police post in Brooklyn: sources

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) – A 15-year-old boy who was shot in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, early Tuesday morning managed to walk to a police post for help, sources told PIX11 News.

The shooting happened at a gas station on Atlantic Avenue around 3:30 a.m., police said. The teen walked up to the foot post on Herkimer Street, according to sources.

The teenager was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, according to authorities.

Police do not have a description of the suspect. The victim is not cooperating with the police investigation, sources said.
