NYPD narrows potential suspect in Brooklyn boat stabbing

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Investigators have zeroed in on a suspect in connection with a stabbing on a party boat, that left multiple people injured in Brooklyn.

At least five people were injured in Saturday’s incident after a fight broke out on the boat at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, authorities said.

Two men were stabbed, one in the right shoulder and the other in the chest and stomach, after the boat tried to dock at the terminal around 4 p.m., police said. Another man was hit over the head with a bottle.

At least two other individuals were also injured but refused treatment, police said.

While police have identified a suspect through facial recognition technology, they urged on Tuesday that it is not “probable cause.”
