Novitec Gave The RWD Lamborghini Huracan 830 HP

From Road & Track

There are numerous companies out there who can make your Lamborghini Huracan/Audi R8 way faster than stock. While Lamborghini itself will try to sell you a fancy carbon wing for a whopping $22,500, tuners like VF Engineering will boost the V10's output to more than 800 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque at the crank for a more justifiable $33,000. Drag enthusiasts can also go for a fully built twin-turbo engine from Underground Racing, getting a very respectable 7.8 second quarter mile run for their money. But while we wait for Lamborghini to come out with the much anticipated Huracan Superleggera, it's worth it to take a look at the Novitec Tornado as well.

After tuning the Ferrari 488 Spider's twin-turbo V8 to 772 hp, the German company felt it was time for the Lambo's V10 to get twin-supercharged as well. Complimenting those claimed 830 horses is a new body kit "perfected in the wind tunnel", featuring even more sharp angles than a stock Lambo, mostly to improve cooling. Novitec also lowered the car by 35 millimeters, gave it an active sport exhaust–which apparently turns the Huracan into "an acoustic delight"– and 325/25 tires on 21-inch forged rims at the rear for maximum traction.
