Man shot still goes to see probation officer: I-Team

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team found a man so committed to keeping his appointment with a probation officer he went to court even after he was shot.

A Cuyahoga County spokeswoman said a man showed up for a meeting with his probation officer around 11 a.m. Wednesday, and a deputy noticed he appeared to be distressed.

The deputy checked on him and the man said he had been shot in the hip earlier in the day in the area of E. 125th Street and Superior Avenue.

The man said he didn’t want to miss his appointment so instead of going to the hospital, he rode his bike to the Justice Center.
