Man dies after shooting at Baton Rouge gas station, EBRSO says

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office was called to a shooting that left one man dead on Sunday, April 21.

Keith Price, 25, died as a result of the injuries sustained in this shooting.

EBRSO said the shooting happened around 11 p.m. at the Circle K, 4415 Floynell Drive.

“The man was outside the store when two men allegedly ran up to him, shot him and fled,” according to EBRSO.

The investigation into this shooting remains ongoing.

This was the first of three shootings that happened over a few hours in Baton Rouge overnight.

One person was left in critical condition after a shooting around 12:15 a.m. at the Kangaroo Express, 12390 Scotland Ave. The third shooting took place around 1 a.m. in the 1900 block of Bradfield Avenue and left one woman with a gunshot wound.
