Longmont to flush water lines in late April
Apr. 23—Longmont will do its annual water line flush from April 29 through May 25, which may cause low water pressure, discolored water or no water at all for short periods of time.
Residents should limit water usage and avoid using hot water when flushing is happening in their immediate area, even though the water remains safe for use and consumption.
Workers will start in north Longmont and work south and west before ending in the eastern part of the city. Residents can view an interactive map on the city's website to see when their area will have its water flushed.
