Lake Charles residents asked to bring in trash cans, secure loose outdoor items ahead of predicted rain
LAKE CHARLES, La. (KLFY)– The City of Lake Charles asks all residents to bring in their trash can and fasten any items that may be loose in the yard.
This request comes ahead of Thursday’s potentially severe weather.
The city is asking residents to take these actions to prevent damage to personal and nearby property, and to stop loose items from affecting proper draining.
