Jo’s Farms celebrating spring with lavender sale and new greenhouse
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Jo’s Farms is celebrating the beginning of spring with the opening of its new greenhouse and a lavender plant sale.

This year, the lavender sale will be held in the new greenhouse. The greenhouse will help the farm grow lavender, vegetables and other flowers year-round. Jo’s Farms owners say its important to buy local lavender because it is already acclimated to the local soil so it has an easier time growing, as opposed to buying outside lavender.
