In the package, 32 hidden Suboxone strips were discovered and it was determined the package had been scheduled to be delivered by Doering’s cellmate, Michael Gaines, who had a connection in Ohio. Doering and Gaines were both charged and a no bond order was issued on the two incarcerated men.

The female connection in Ohio is being investigated for additional charges.
