Holly Willoughby is set to hilariously get her revenge on Ant and Dec during this weekend's Saturday Night Takeaway finale.

In a preview clip for this Saturday's (April 13) 'Get Me Out of Ear' segment, celebrities once again turn the tables on the presenting duo as they give commands in public spaces through earpieces.

In the clip, Ant and Dec are at a restaurant, though Holly goes all out as she tells Dec to get up and ask the waiter where the toilets are.

She then tells him to say: "Where can I find the toilets? Because I need a poo poo."

Sure enough, he reluctantly obliges, leaving the waiter laughing, Holly then commanding Dec: "[Make] lots of straining noises. 'I need to go now! I really need a poo!'"

Rylan Clark then tells Ant to stand up and shout to the entire restaurant: "I miss my best friend!", which he does.

Olly Murs and Oti Mabuse also have a go, Olly getting the pair to act like spoiled celebrities and start a chant in the restaurant demanding their food – and some other customers even join in.

The segment comes after the likes of Britain’s Got Talent's Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden, as well as Dermot O’Leary, Alison Hammond, Craig David and Richard Madeley got a chance to embarrass Ant and Dec last weekend.

Speaking previously about the tables being turned on the two, Ant said: “Normally when you're trying to get celebrities for things like this it's hard to pin them down because of busy diaries. But we've been told that everyone who they asked immediately said yes and made themself available.”

This weekend's finale will be extended to two hours, with guests including Ashley Roberts, S Club, Scarlett Moffatt, Andi Peters, Kaiser Chiefs, Jordan North and Tony Hadley all taking part, while Girls Aloud will be the Star Guest announcers.

Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway airs on ITV1.
