Funnel Cloud Spotted South of Ogallala as Nebraska Battered by Storms
A funnel cloud was spotted south of Ogallala on Thursday, May 23, as the state of Nebraska was battered by tornado-warned storms.
Footage filmed by X user @crzy4wx shows a twister south of Ogallala.
A tornado warning was in place for Ogallala on Thursday evening.
The National Weather Service said that survey teams were investigating damage from “several, perhaps 9 tornadoes that touched down across western Nebraska Thursday evening” on Friday.
