Family HealthCare Network to offer new services in Fresno County

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – New and improved medical services are coming to Fresno to improve the quality of life of Fresno County’s Family HealthCare Network patients.

Some of these services include behavioral and transportation services, that according to officials with the Family HealthCare Network, have been introduced at their Fresno First and Fresno ACC locations.

Officials say the transportation services are available for patients who are within a three-mile radius of their three Fresno County sites. Their locations are located at 3425 N First St., Fresno Shields, 3505 E. Shields Ave., and Fresno City, located at 3837 N Clark St. These transportation services are complimentary for patients who need assistance to arrive to and leave from their appointments.

Those interested in reserving their transportation services can call their phone line at 877-960-3426.

Officials announced that behavioral service is being offered as well at their Fresno First health center on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and at their Prompt Care Center on Tuesdays. They say services include assistance for patients struggling with substance abuse, eating disorders, or multiple forms of addiction.

The FHCN Prompt Care Center is located within their Fresno ACC site at 290 N. Wayte Lane in Fresno.
