Driver flown from scene by Flight for Life, another injured in Sheboygan County crash with semi

HOLLAND, Wis. (WFRV) – Two Wisconsin men were hospitalized, one flown from the scene by Flight for Life, after a two-vehicle crash involving a semi in Sheboygan County on Thursday morning.

According to a release from the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the Sheboygan County Emergency Communications Center received multiple 911 calls around 5:20 a.m. on April 25 after a crash on I-43 northbound in Holland.

Authorities say that a vehicle with two occupants, a 51-year-old man who was driving and a 59-year-old male passenger, both from Milwaukee, were reportedly involved in a crash with a semi.

The driver of the vehicle suffered ‘major injuries’ and was taken away from the scene by Flight for Life. The passenger did not report any injuries.

It was noted that the driver of the semi, a 44-year-old man from Racine suffered minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital by an ambulance.
