Dog found tied to tree in McCandless

McCandless police are looking for the owner of a dog found abandoned.

The dog, which doesn’t have a chip or tags, was found tied to a tree in Potters Pond, police said.

McCandless police provided an updater later Tuesday afternoon saying the dog was turned over to the county dog warden and taken to a local animal shelter.
