Denver weather: Warm, sunny end to the week before showers return

DENVER (KDVR) — Denver’s weather will stay sunny with warmer temperatures nearing 80 degrees Friday through the weekend before the next chance for showers returns.

Weather tonight: Mainly clear

Thursday night will stay mainly clear. Temperatures will fall to the mid- to upper 30s, which is around 5 degrees warmer than normal for this time of year.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, warmer

Friday, sunshine and warmer weather move into the forecast. High temperatures will climb to the upper 70s, which is more than 15 degrees above average but still shy of the daily record of 85 degrees set on April 12, 2023.

Looking ahead: Warm weekend before weekday showers

Sunny and warmer weather hangs around the forecast this weekend. High temperatures on Saturday will climb to the upper 70s, which is just shy of the daily record of 85 degrees set in 2006.

Sunday will be similar with a high in the upper 70s, which is closer to the 83-degree record than the low 60s, which is normal for this time of year.

A more active weather pattern arrives during the workweek.

Monday will be breezy with a chance for rain showers that could carry into Tuesday. Wednesday, there will be a slight chance for isolated showers alongside much more seasonal temperatures in the 60s.
