Currituck County Schools asking for feedback in potential redistricting

CURRITUCK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Currituck County Schools need feedback from the community as they reevaluate redistricting.

Due to a growing student population and the addition of Tulls Creek Elementary in the 2025-2026 school year, the Currituck County Board of Education is looking at student priorities.

“Your feedback is crucial, as it will help guide our decision-making process and ensure that we consider our community’s needs, concerns, and aspirations,” the board states, in an email. “Whether you are a parent, student, teacher, staff member, or concerned community member, your voice matters to us.”
