Comfortable Mother’s Day weekend in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The last of the showers are moving through this morning as a cold front pushes through the area.
The showers clear out by mid-morning and winds will turn breezy out of the northwest. The nice comfortable breeze will bring in drier air to the Tampa Bay area.
It will be mostly sunny, dry, and warm the rest of the day with highs in the upper 80s but with much lower humidity by this evening.
Temperatures will drop into the upper 60s tonight with clear skies.
Mother’s Day will feel great with high temperatures in the upper 80s. The low humidity will stick around through Sunday evening making it feel pleasant and keeping it dry.
The humidity and rain chances return quickly next week with an unsettled pattern developing.
