Car accident closes part of Dawson Road in Greenbrier County

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — A two car accident closed part of Dawson Road in Greenbrier County on Monday, March 25, 2024.

According to Greenbrier County Dispatch, a two car accident occurred on Dawson Road in Greenbrier County. The accident resulted in the 900 block of Dawson Road to close until further notice.

Two people dead after car accident in Greenbrier County

Responding agencies included the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office, Smoot Volunteer Fire Department, Rupert Volunteer Fire Department, Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department, white Sulphur Springs EMS, Alderson EMS, and Greenbrier County Emergency Ambulance, according to Greenbrier County Dispatch.

Greenbrier County Dispatch also stated that there were reported injuries, but the extent is unknown at this time.
