Brusly PD: Man used cocaine, fentanyl as ‘secret recipe’ in sex enhancement, fat burner drugs

BRUSLY, La. (BRPROUD) — The Brusly Police Department identified the man who was arrested in connection with the seizure of pill bottles that contained drugs.

David Ralph Webber, 68, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (cocaine).

He was “taken into custody just off La Hwy 1 in Brusly on Tuesday, April 2,” said Assistant Chief of Police Tom Southon. They responded to a call from an officer sometime between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

While Webber was being taken into custody, Brusly PD seized drugs in bottles and bags from his vehicle. They said, “field testing came back positive for cocaine and fentanyl.”

Brusly PD reportedly seized 55 white pill bottles containing approximately 4,524 capsules “packaged in individual bottles containing six in each” and bags containing 853.5 grams of loose pills. Officers also seized $7,035.

According to Brusly PD, the suspect “admitted it was the same ‘secret recipe’ in all the capsules.”

Brusly PD said the bottles were marketed as:

  • Kinky Pink – Female sexual enhancement.

  • Fat Extreme – Fat Burner.

  • Kinky Kong – Male sexual enhancement.

  • Tbone – Longer and harder erection pills.

According to the Brusly Police Department, Webber was trying “to sell the drugs on foot at a local restaurant when the police department became aware of the situation.”

They said “as of now, there is not evidence the suspect successfully sold any of the tainted product here.”

Webber was booked into the West Baton Rouge Jail on Wednesday, April 3, and subsequently bonded out on Thursday, April 11.

Brusly PD said they plan to add a fentanyl charge because they only had a positive field test result for cocaine. They plan to issue a warrant once it’s approved.
