FORT SMITH, Ark (KNWA/KFTA) — Heavy rain in the areas has led to a surge of calls in the Fort Smith area. Fort Smith Police have listed areas to be aware of floods.

Power Outages in NWA and River Valley

Police ask drivers to be aware and do not risk driving into a flooded area especially when a barricade is present.

Police say that these are areas to watch:
