AMS choir wins Sweepstakes Award
Mar. 24—Talented Athens Middle School students dazzled judges at the UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation hosted at Whitehouse High School earlier this month.
The Treble Choir (pictured) achieved something truly remarkable by clinching the coveted Sweepstakes Award, earning superior scores of 1's from the judges in both concert and sightreading. What an incredible accomplishment!
And we're also extremely proud of the members of the AMS Tenor-Bass Choir, who delivered an outstanding performance and received excellent scores of 2's in both concert and sightreading.
Both choirs are under the guidance of AMS Choral Director Bridget Scott.
