New for 2016: Nissan Trucks, SUVs, and Vans
When you’re less than best, you have three choices: accept average, improve, or bail out. With the launch of the 2016 Titan XD, Nissan has obviously selected the improvement route for its full-size pickup. Finally, the Titan is a real player with genuine capability, available diesel power, and a host of must-have technologies.
Comparatively speaking, the rest of Nissan’s truck, SUV, and van lineup remains unchanged for 2016, save for a few tweaks to the availability of certain options, freshening of the color palette, and a few key upgrades, such as extra standard air bags on the full-size NV van. Perhaps most notable is the absence of the rugged Xterra, which bows out after a successful 15-year run.
