Yoann Barelli Doesn't Let A Dropped Chain Derail His Race Run

During a race, you should expect that anything that can go wrong will go wrong and be prepared to roll with the punches accordingly.

Yoann Barelli experienced that firsthand over the weekend when he pulled a '15 Aaron Gwin and ditched his chain straight out of the gate. Check out Yoann's chainless run below.

Yoann did the best he could with the hand he was dealt here and kept a good attitude about it all which is just about all you can do in that situation.

It is helpful for younger racers to see things like this and understand that their careers are not over just because of one bad run. It also is a friendly reminder that racing can still be a fun adventure even if you aren't winning. It can still very much bolster your skills and provide a challenge in ways you never would have expected.

We were glad to see that the dropped chain didn't cause Yoann to crash or anything and that he still had an enjoyable run for what it was worth.
