Viral video captures “hugs and kisses” in the calf barn at Brillion’s Shilo Dairy
(WFRV) – A quick glance at the camera system provided a look at a tender moment in the calf barn at Shilo Dairy in Brillion.
The video shows a worker walking past a calf, pausing for a hug and kiss, before going about normal duties.
The owner of the dairy farm takes pride in the clip, saying animal care is a priority and he’s thrilled to see the training pay off.
The video clip has been viewed more than 1.5 million times. In the comment section, some consumers wanted to understand more about calf care, including why these newborns aren’t by mom.
