'Today's Jenna Bush Hager, Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Dylan Dreyer and Sheinelle Jones

On Friday, May 10, the women of the Today show sent bold messages to moms ahead of Mother's Day.

Dylan Dreyer, a mom of three boys, Calvin, 6, George, 4, and Russell, 2, kicked off the touching "pep talk for moms."

"To all the moms out there who are in this moment feeling frustrated, like you kind of want to scream—like, you just want to throw something on the other side of the room because the house is a mess because you have this to do and that to do—I feel you," Dreyer said in a video posted via Instagram. "Just take a deep breath. We're all in this together."

Meanwhile, Hoda Kotb, a mom to two daughters, Haley, 7, and Hope, 4, gave fellow mothers a pep talk.

"No matter what you think right now, you're doing good," Kotb assured them. "You're good at being a mom, OK? Don't doubt yourself. You're really good at it. Do you hear me?"

Jenna Bush Hager, who shares three kids—Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4—with her husband, Henry Hager, also offered advice.

"Happy Mother's Day to all of y'all out there. You're killing it," the former first daughter said. "And if you ever feel overwhelmed—cheese might've just flown out of my mouth—just say to yourself, 'Mama's done.' Go get a hot bath."

Sheinelle Jones, who has three kids, Kayin, 14, and 11-year-old fraternal twins, Clara and Uche, passed along a tidbit of wisdom she learned from a friend.

"You know what? A friend said this to me the other day, and I'll say it to you, 'God gave that little one to you,'" she explained. "He didn't give them to Dylan or Savannah or Hoda or me. He gave them to you. You know why? Because you are the perfect mom for that child."

Finally, Savannah Guthrie, mom to Vale, 9, and Charley, 7, shared one tip she's learned over the years.

"If your kids are having a total meltdown, and by the way, that can happen even if they're 9 or 10 or 12 or 16 or maybe even 30—just add water," she said. "Take a shower. Jump in the pool. Take a bath. Kids change in that moment. I don't know why it works, but it just does. And for you, Mom, just add rosé. Just kidding!"
