DE PERE - Visitors to the Mulva Cultural Center in downtown De Pere can now enjoy a lobster roll or Buffalo cauliflower wings in the new $100 million facility that opened in December.

Savour on Broadway, an upscale-casual restaurant that seats diners in the sprawling atrium that looks out at the Fox River, is open for public dining.

Among the offerings on executive chef Bernard Beronio’s menu are a shareable charcuterie with artisan meats and cheeses, candied pistachios, Door County cherries and truffle honey ($28), Southwestern venison chili ($8 bowl), a California smokehouse burger ($20) and teriyaki salmon ($36).

“Like the world class exhibits and materials used in the construction of the Mulva Cultural Center, Savour on Broadway’s dishes and flavors come from around the world,” Beronio said in a news release. “The menu includes lighter options like salmon and cauliflower steak, a lobster roll and pork schnitzel sandwich, and my personal favorites, steak and frites and berebere spiced roasted chicken.”

The full menu of 13 offerings is available at mulvacenter.org/savour-on-broadway. The restaurant also serves wine, craft beer and soda.
