QC Animal Welfare Center holds low-cost mobile vaccine clinic in Silvis

The Quad City Animal Welfare Center will hold a low-cost mobile vaccine clinic from noon until 2 p.m. Friday at the Silvis Library, 806 1st Ave., Silvis.
