'I love this life with you': Christina El Moussa gushes about Ant Anstead on 1-year anniversary

Christina El Moussa is pouring her heart out on Instagram. Today marks her one-year anniversary with boyfriend Ant Anstead, and she’s taken to social media to celebrate.

The Flip or Flop co-host posted a photo of the couple kissing and a long caption extolling him and their first year together.

But first, she warns her fans, “If you aren’t in the mood for a sentimental/mushy post I suggest you keep scrolling.”

A year ago today @ant_anstead called me for the first time and we spoke for 29 mins two days later while he was at Sema he FaceTimed me (I was thinking who FaceTimes) anyways I answered and we spoke for 2.5 hours … two days later we met for the first time and we’ve been inseparable ever since. #FATE @ant_anstead you have showed me what real unconditional love is. You take me for what I am, flawed and a bit crazy, and love all of me just the way I am. You have never once made me feel bad for anything in my past. She begins with a description of their first encounter, one year ago today, when the English TV presenter and motor specialist called her and they spoke for 29 minutes, exactly.

Two days later, he FaceTimed her and they spoke for more than two hours. Another two days later, they met for the first time. Ever since then, El Moussa says, they’ve been “inseparable.”

This all happened a little under a year after her divorce from ex-husband and Flip or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa and just a few weeks after Anstead announced his separation from his wife, Louise.

According to Country Living, a friend brought Anstead and El Moussa together, but in this post, she credits “#FATE.”

In her ode to Anstead, El Moussa says he has shown her what “real unconditional love is.” She adds that he takes her for what she is, “flawed and a bit crazy.”

El Moussa has two kids from her previous marriage — daughter Taylor, 8, and son Brayden, 3 — and Anstead and his estranged wife share daughter Amelie, 15, and son Archie, 12. In her post, El Moussa expresses her love for their “blended family.”

It seems El Moussa has met her mushy match in Anstead, who posted a collage with seven photos of them in honor of their first anniversary. He describes what they have as “rare” and looks back on their “mad and crazy” year together, revealing that they lived in four homes before finding the one. He calls El Moussa “my spiritual warrior” and adds, “YOU saved me!”
