Lisa Marie Presley's estate is once again being plagued with legal woes.

Just mere months after the battle over the late singer's trust was finally settled between her mother, Priscilla Presley and daughter Riley Keough, Lisa Marie's estate is now being sued by a private lending company over a 2018 loan.

Lisa Marie, the only daughter of late music icon Elvis Presley, is accused of failing to make good on a $3.8 million loan from Naussany Investments & Private Lending, LLC, for which she used her ownership stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises and her dad's beloved Graceland mansion as collateral.

According to documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, at the time Lisa Marie took out the loan in May 2018, she also signed a promissory note, agreeing to pay off the loan in full by May 16, 2022. If she didn't, she would risk the private lending company filing the Deed of Trust to the collateral she used to secure the loan.

NIPL, LLC allegedly attempted to collect the debt numerous times, to no avail, and had no contact with Lisa Marie after March 23, 2022. The singer later died at the age of 54 in January of this year.

Now, the private lending company said it will agree to a settlement agreement and refrain from taking further legal action if the trustee agrees to pay in full 75 percent of the $3.8 million borrowed, meaning the estate would need to fork over $2.85 million within 45 days, per ET.

As we already know, Lisa Marie's eldest daughter Riley, 34, was recently named the sole trustee of her late mother's estate, despite having to battle things out in court against her own grandmother, Priscilla, 78.

The two women finally reached a deal back in May, with Priscilla agreeing to a settlement of $1 million to resolve the dispute.

In August, Riley was approved as the sole trustee of Lisa Marie's estate, making the Daisy Jones & the Six actress the official owner of Graceland and the family's 15 percent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.
