Apparently Kim Kardashian has never said "sorry" to Taylor Swift for her role in the infamous Kanye West phone call that the reality star secretly recorded.

A new report from TMZ contains comments from insiders who say Kardashian, 43, has yet to apologize to the 33-year-old hitmaker, even after finalizing her divorce from West, 46, in 2022. Sources also claim that Swift is "willing" to move on from the drama, though the two women have "no relationship" whatsoever these days.

While we know Swift has had beef with the rapper since his rude "I'mma let you finish" interruption during her speech at the 2009 VMA's, the bad blood with Kardashian didn't start until years later in 2016 when her then-husband put out the song "Famous," insulting Swift and calling her expletives in the lyrics.

West called Swift at the time to run one of the lines by her before putting out the song, though he never shared the entirety of the lyrics involving Swift. Once the "Anti-Hero" songstress spoke out to condemn the crude lyrics she never approved, Kardashian posted the "receipts" from Swift's phone call with West, which she illegally recorded, to make the public believe that Swift had already okayed the song, and was now just "playing the victim."

Fast forward nearly 7 years and several diss tracks later, Swift, now older and wiser, offered some clarity into the situation during her candid new interview for TIME Magazine's 2023 Person of the Year cover story.

"You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar," she told TIME interviewer Sam Lansky. “That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before."

Bringing the songwriter to an all-time low, the drama with Kardashian and West caused Swift to retreat to a life of isolation, only to later rise from the ashes and put out her heavily revenge-coded Reputation album.

Now, Swifties are eagerly awaiting Reputation (Taylor's Version), as the music superstar is expected to come out even smarter and hotter than ever before.
