Jessica Simpson and Lookalike Daughter Strike Poses in Fierce Mirror Selfies

Jessica Simpson and her daughter Maxwell "Maxi" Johnson are ready to be cast in the next Barbie movie, should there ever be one.

The 43-year-old singer shared a trio of photos online, including two mirror selfies– one with her daughter and one without–showing off their trendy Barbie-inspired looks ahead of a press day for Simpson.

"Bring your Barbie to work day 💗," she joked in the caption of the Aug. 25 upload.

The first snap shows the mother-daughter duo posing in a doorway outfitted with a colorful stained glass arch. Both Simpson and her 11-year-old daughter are staring down the camera, bringing an edgy vibe to their ensembles, which consisted of a hot pink eyelet lace minidress and strappy bronze pumps for Simpson and a two-piece denim crop top set with a matching maxi skirt and Dr. Martens for Johnson.

The second and third images are selfies taken by Simpson, with the former featuring her preteen as the two stuck their tongues out for the fun snap and the latter just showing Simpson fiercely posing by herself in front of the lit-up mirror.

The new pics come as a result of Simpson's recent campaign with PetSafe and an event the partners held over the weekend. In a second clip she shared, Simpson revealed that the family's dog, Penny, was also present for the fun.

"Maxwell, Penny and I had the best day ever at the PetSafe Unleashed Dog Park yesterday!" she exclaimed in her Saturday, Aug. 26 post. "Thanks for having us @petsafe 💗."

Along with Maxi, Simpson shares two younger children, 10-year-old son Ace and 4-year-old daughter Birdie, with her husband of nine years, former football player Eric Johnson.
