These are the very baking mats I use at home, and in my opinion, you can never have enough of them. Place 'em on your cookie sheets for baking or sheet trays for roasting vegetables, and they'll keep all of that residue from making your pans all crusty. Since they're made of silicone, they're easy to rinse off once you're done, and because they're reusable, they'll save you lots of money on parchment paper.
