Guy Went To Hardware Store For Paint and Came Home with an Adorable Kitten
The cat distribution system is a belief that cats have a way of finding the right humans who will give them a loving, forever home, and that if someone wants a cat then a cat will just magically show up. This sadly has never happened to me and I would be more than happy to have some random cat decide to move in! This did, however, happen to the man in the following video who just happened to find his very own kitten.
While he was paint shopping at his local Lowe's home improvement store.
The sweet video, shared by the TikTok account for @batman_the_munchkin_cat, explains, Our neighborhood Lowe's has stray cats living in the gardening department. This little one just started walking beside him like a shopping assistant. I'm told there is a no-return policy for kittens.

TikTok viewers are so jealous of this whole situation. Amy comments, "You must be wonderful people to be chosen by the tiny panther! This kitty will be a huge blessing to your family." @Vampy adds, "The distribution system strikes again! congrats on the new friend." @Tanna adds, "Best thing at Lowe’s." @Sis hilariously replies, "He's clearly just a sentiment paint swatch, such a deep black and gorgeous yellow."
I personally feel that the store should do a trap, neuter, release program with these cats if they plan on keeping them at the store, because we all know it just takes two unaltered cats to make a bazillion kittens, and the last thing the world needs now is more stray kittens.
One of these days I'm going to become a very happy victim of the cat distribution system. Maybe I just need to visit my own local hardware store more often!
