Golden Retriever Gives Mom Major Attitude for Washing Blankets on His Bed
Taking care of a pet can be a lot like taking care of kids. Toddlers often have a favorite stuffed animal, blanket, or clothing item that they love and will fight you over it when it comes time to throw it in the laundry. The same seems to be true with this golden retriever named Bowie, and he let his mom know he wasn't happy that his blankets weren't on his bed where they were supposed to be!
Bowie's mom shared the video at the beginning of January 2024. The clip is pretty short, just 16 seconds, but from the beginning it's clear to see that Bowie is not happy that his blankets are missing. Watch as Bowie tells his mom that he wants his blankies back - make sure your sound is on!
The attitude comes through loud and clear! Bowie loves his blankets and needs them; he even bites at his bed likes he's asking, "Where are my blankets mom?!" His little noises of anger are too cute, and it's hard to even take his anger seriously! @Bowie's fans also got a kick out of the short and sweet video. @London Lulu joked, "“Again with this bed woman! How many times do I have to tell you not to touch my stuff! I likes it smelly and dirty!" and Bowie's mom replied, "Fren, what's not to understand? I prefer them stinky. Human needs to learn how to speak dog LOL!" I laughed at @Izzy who shared, "Dogs hate change. I moved my couch once and it was so dramatic I had to move it back." @bick556 said, "Need Part 2. The return of the blanket". I agreed and checked, and there was a Part 2 and 3. Bowie seems to hold a grudge in the cutest way possible!

Adorable Animals with Their Favorite Things
Like people, animals can get attached to things, too. My son had a blanket that he called "Blue Blankie" and referred to "her" when he talked about it. He would throw a fit when it had to go into the laundry, much like this bearded dragon does when his mom puts his favorite sock in the wash.
Dogs can have favorite songs (who knew?!), this dog loves to skateboard, and sometimes pets even have favorite siblings, like this dog who protected his cat from the new puppy. But it's not just about cats and dogs. This cow can't wait to see her dog bestie, and this donkey's excitement at getting a new toy ball is beyond adorable (he even saved the last one that he popped!)
I love being able to write about pets and finding all of these adorable videos. Animals are such a special part of our world, and they bring many of us so much joy each day!
