Five things we're excited to see at 2024 Artisphere: Art, food, kid's activities and more:
Artisphere, presented by TD Bank, is happening this weekend and is expected to attract around 92,000 visitors over three days.
Celebrating its 20th year in Greenville, Artisphere will host 17 craftsmanship genres, from ceramics to printmaking, by some of the best artists and up-and-coming creatives in the country. This free fine arts festival will span from Court Street and Main to Wardlaw and Main from noon on Friday, May 10, through 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 12.
This event allows the public to meet and discuss creative works alongside world-class visiting and local artists.
With so many artists, performers and events to see, it is nearly impossible to experience all that Artisphere has to offer, so here are the events we are looking forward to this weekend:

The artists of Artisphere 2024
Over 140 national and local artists will arrive in Greenville with world class art on display. As visitors walk through Main Street, they will quickly notice the diversity and mastery of the participating Artisphere creatives.
Haosi Chen booth is a must see as watercolor paintings of nature are both stunning and lifelike.
Joseph Bradley is a West Greenville art staple known for his oil and acrylic paintings and witty creations, another must-see artist booth.
Artisphere favorite Adam Crowell is known for repurposing wood into musical instruments, and it is always a good time to see visitors amazed by his creativity and passion for art and music.
Another must stop: Blake Gore's booth, as his tiny but intricate drawings will make you squint, but for good reason.
This year, the lineup of mixed media creatives at Artisphere is diverse and full of personality.
The food of Artisphere 2024
Who wants to view art on an empty stomach? Artisphere will feature 12 food vendors, offering a diverse menu that includes specialty pizza and Indian cuisine, ice cream, and handheld sandwiches.
2024 Artisphere food vendors will include: Abanico, Baberitos, Bonjour Main, Common Pops, Greenville County Schools, Honest Scoop Ice Cream, Latin Flavorz, Local Pie Pizza Co., Otto Izakaya, Persis Indian Grill, Social Lattitude, Society Sandwich Bar.
Not to mention, there are various food and dining options available in the downtown area. Artisphere is the perfect excuse to experience our local food scene.

Demo Row at Artisphere 2024
Seeing artists at work is a privilege granted at Artisphere 2024 as Demo Row will feature glassblowing from Gothrup Glass, a metalworking demo by Creative Iron Works, and Chris Carlson's 3D Chalk Art.
All three of these art styles are unique, and no matter how many times you see them being made, there is always a similar thrill. Demo Row will be located at the parking lot of Marble Slab and Plant Stella.
Events that introduce children to mixed media at Artisphere
Kidsphere is a popular area that always brings the smiles and intrigue to children's faces with activities that allow participants to make masquerade masks and celebration hats, participate in community weaving and even a Velcro mural wall.
Located on South Main Street between Grill Marks and the Main Stage, Kidsphere's hours are from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Live performances at Artisphere 2024
While Artisphere isn't a music festival, it will feature a weekend full of tunes and live performances in downtown Greenville.
There are a total of five stages along Main Street including performances from Kyshona, Will Overman, and Greenville festival favorites Time Sawyer.
