Fans Swoon Over Andy Cohen's Bring-Your-Daughter-to-Work Pic

Andy Cohen is a proud dad to two kids: 4-year-old Ben and 16-month-old Lucy. The Watch What Happens Live host delighted fans when he decided to bring his youngest to work with him on Tuesday.
Cohen shared a photo of himself and Lucy seated across from another at his studio on Instagram. "She’s already looking at me like I’m nuts," he jokingly explained.

Naturally, followers swooned over Cohen's adorable bring-your-daughter-to-work moment, with loads of responders accurately referring to his little one as "cute" and "sweet."
"She's a little doll! How can you ever stop kissing those cheeks?" wrote one enthusiastic commenter. "This is a framer!❤️" wrote another.

The host has been open about how becoming a parent has changed his approach to work-life balance. As he told People in November 2022, welcoming his daughter inspired him to reevaluate how he spends his time.
"I'm choosing to stay home with them so much more than I ever would have," he said. "I was not someone who ever stayed at home, so my priorities have just totally changed."
Lucy was born in April 2022, and Cohen later shared that she was one of the first babies born via gestational surrogate in the state of New York—and that he played a role in making that possibility happen for himself and countless other families.

While speaking on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Cohen said, "I was going to Albany ... [gestational] surrogacy was illegal in the state of New York until [2020] and I helped get that law passed. And Governor Cuomo, he really made it happen."
"So I went to Albany a couple of times and I was out there, you know, trying to get it passed," he continued. "I wanted to have the baby in New York, or I wanted my surrogate to have the baby in New York. And so Lucy was one of the first surrogate babies born here."
