Jada unleashed heat on Stephanie in the middle of Horton Town Square in the Wednesday, March 27 episode of Days of Our Lives. However, we were here for it! The Everett/Bobby story — on hold for a bit — came roaring back as Everett started to realize a few things about himself. Stephanie vowed to support him through this difficult time. Then she faced Jada, who probably made her think about her life choices.
The Horton Town Square Showdown
From the second Stephanie (Abigail Klein) spotted Jada (Elia Cantu) in Horton Town Square, Jada could not be bothered. Clearly, she didn’t even want to stop and acknowledge her former friend’s presence. But a conversation needed to happen considering the iciness between the two in Paulina’s (Jackée Harry, she and James Reynolds talk DAYS here) hospital room recently.
Stephanie started the exchange calmly and coolly, a vibe Jada had no time for. She immediately cranked the level of the conversation up to eleven. And Stephanie didn’t know what hit her. Naturally, she felt the two were in the same position.
That Everett (Blake Berris, reflect on Everett’s relationship with the truth here) lied to both of them, which he did. However, Jada pointed out a few very real differences on top of the fact that Jada was the wife cheated on and Stephanie was the other woman.
Stephanie, did you ever hang out with his friends? Meet his parents? Look him up on the internet? Yeah, none of the above. Right. So, Stephanie, this man was keeping his life a secret from you, obviously, and you, being a smart woman, had to have suspected that there was a reason for that. And yet, you didn’t do any digging. You didn’t even pick up a shovel.

Jada’s theory: Maybe Stephanie didn’t want to mess up her perfect life. Meanwhile, Everett threw red flag after red flag in her path and she did nothing. So, while the main source of Jada’s vitriol and heat is Everett, she has plenty saved up in her back pocket for Stephanie, too.
And, yes, Stephanie has every right to hurt over what Everett did. The journalist lied to her like the dog that he was. But Stephanie and Jada’s pain isn’t even in the same ballpark. This man was Jada’s husband who did her dirty over and over. And then disappeared. (Catch up on today’s DAYS with this photo recap)
When Jada finally caught up to him, he immediately acted defensive and claimed amnesia. But we don’t even know if he’s telling the truth about it, right? Of course, there’s a good chance he remembers everything. And that makes his actions even more criminal and what he did and is doing to Jada even worse.
