BALLYMENA, NORTHERN IRELAND - FEBRUARY 28: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge engages in a walkabout in Ballymena town centre on February 28, 2019 in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. Prince William last visited Belfast in October 2017 without his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, who was then pregnant with the couple's third child. This time they concentrate on the young people of Northern Ireland. Their engagements include a visit to Windsor Park Stadium, home of the Irish Football Association, activities at the Roscor Youth Village in Fermanagh, a party at the Belfast Empire Hall, Cinemagic, a charity that uses film, television and digital technologies to inspire young people and finally dropping in on a SureStart early years programme. Kate Middleton has reportedly been sighted for a third time since undergoing a mysterious medical procedure in January, but, much like previous occasions, the news has done nothing to assuage the public's exponentially growing concern for her wellbeing.

The Princess of Wales was spotted enjoying a morning out with her family over the weekend, according to The UK Sun, with onlookers reporting that she appeared “happy, relaxed and healthy.”

Middleton and her husband, Prince William, are said to have stopped by a farm shop near their home in Windsor, with an anonymous source telling the publication, "After all the rumours that had been going round I was stunned to see them there."

According to the unnamed witness, the kids weren't present for the shop date, but the princess "looked happy and she looked well."

The same day, they were spotted watching their children, George, 10, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5, play sports.

However, no photos have surfaced of the alleged sightings, with multiple publications reposting images from a previous farm visit captioned in a way that may lead some readers to assume they were new.

It's only served to pile onto the ongoing conspiracy theories and burning questions that surround the princess and her health, ever since she reportedly underwent abdominal surgery in January. With the palace refusing to provide any more information than the fact that she's on her way to recovery and every new photo released this year being manipulated or of poor quality, even celebrities like Blake Lively and Kim Kardashian are getting involved in the quest for answers.

For now, in the age of the smartphone, fans of the royals are convinced that the story was fed to the media by the palace in another failed attempt to quiet the rumors:

Unfortunately, the royal family seems set in its determination to keep the shroud of mystery firmly in place.
