Microchip clinic, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Veterans Memorial Park, 732 Avenue B, Cloquet. Carlton County Animal Rescue and community partners will provide free microchipping for pets of Carlton County residents with proof of residency; $20 fee for pets of nonresidents, cash or card only. Junior Rangers — Feathered Friends, 1-2 p.m., Jay Cooke State Park, Carlton. Become a bird buddy during this kid's program about birds. After learning some fun bird facts, the budding ornithologists will head outside to explore and observe feathered friends.
